Reverend
Bill Moss & his wife, Ruth, discovered upon reaching their
voting precinct that things had gone seriously awry. Voting machines broken
or missing, volunteers who didn’t know how to do their job, hostile
Presiding Judges... what was a citizen to do?

v. Bush, challenging Ohio's certified electoral college votes. Rev.
Bill & Ruth Moss’ journey brought them to Washington to protest
at the feet of the Lincoln. Their story is the that of the first battle
in a war that is not over, with Democracy hanging in the balance.
Bob
Fitrakis was an attorney with Election Protection in Ohio when
the proverbial scat hit the fan on Nov. 2nd, 2004. He called the first
public hearings to investigate voter suppression and election irregularities
after the 2004 election, and was one of four attorneys to file a challenge
to Ohio's presidential election results in the Moss v. Bush lawsuit.
Brandy, student filmmaker and
professional eccentric, was up and out the door with her camera at the
first hint of trouble. The stories she records are a catalogue of crimes
committed against thousands of voters. She’s bringing their stories
to you.
Marlon, a law student, was with
the NAACP on Election Day, watching the polls for any sign of irregularities
or possible fraud. He found it big time.
Ohio Voters. Last but
certainly not least among our heroes are Ohio’s voters, the people
who persevered against overwhelming obstacles to put in their vote. Many
